A blowout on I-75 or a flat on the shoulder of 441 is not a scheduling problem, it is a right-now problem. We run from five in the morning to midnight, Monday through Friday — which covers the commute in both directions and most of the hours a tire shop has its lights off.
When you call, tell us where you are as precisely as you can: cross streets, a mile marker, an exit number, or the business you are sitting outside. If you are on the interstate, get the vehicle as far onto the shoulder as you safely can, and wait away from the traffic side of the car, not in it.
If the tire can be repaired on the spot we will repair it. If it is destroyed, we carry replacements and can have you rolling on a new or used tire without a tow. Either way the goal is the same — get you off the shoulder and back on the road quickly, because the shoulder of an interstate is the last place anybody should be sitting.

How fast can you get to me?
Most calls in the Ocala area are handled the same day and often within the hour, but it depends where our truck is when you call. Tell us your location and we will give you a realistic time, not an optimistic one.
What should I do while I wait on the interstate?
Get as far onto the shoulder as you safely can, put your hazards on, and wait away from the traffic side of the vehicle — behind the guardrail if there is one. Do not stand between your car and moving traffic.
Do you work weekends?
Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 5 AM to midnight. Call and ask about weekends — if we can get to you, we will tell you straight.
